Arthur McColl

Chief Executive Officer

I have over 30 years of experience managing multiple brands in both the United Kingdom and Australia and have specifically worked across 5 franchise groups with US parent companies. I began my career with Stakis Hotels in 1987 in the UK, which was acquired by Hilton International in 1997, and was involved in the acquisition and growth strategy of the company, contributing to the acquisition of both LivingWell UK & Viva Health clubs before relocating and becoming the Vice President of LivingWell Australia in 2002. I was involved in the rapid development schedule for the stand-alone, luxury full-service health clubs and spas located across Australia. Following the successful sale of the division, in 2006 I became Operations Director of LA Fitness, UK, before serving as the company’s Chief Operating Officer until 2015. In late 2015, I returned to Australia as the Chief Executive Officer of Anytime Fitness, and Group Chief Executive Officer of Collective Wellness Group (CWG) in 2017, the parent company and master franchise holder of US Brands Anytime Fitness, Orangetheory Fitness and Xtend Barre, growing the group to 550 locations.

Michelle Gamble

Chief Marketing Officer

I originally studied a Bachelor of Education but quickly realised teaching wasn’t for me, and I gravitated into marketing. I hold a post-graduate certificate in management from Macquarie Education and have over 25 years marketing experience, including 20 years running my own marketing agency and consultancy working with a diverse range of small to medium-sized businesses nationwide. During that period, I worked with several franchise organisations including Hello World Travel (formerly Travelscene American Express), Telco In A Box, Mrs Fields Cookies and Frontline! Before starting my own business I worked for both Telstra and Optus in their internet businesses as they started in Australia, so digital marketing is part of my DNA.

As a Learning & Development Manager, she has been fortunate to channel this passion into supporting business owners and their teams, fostering success in an industry she holds close to her heart. Having been a recruiter, manager, trainer and coach, she has worked tirelessly to build teams and future recruiters in our industry and she will continue to do so, because she wants to make a difference!

I have a genuine passion for people and being involved in the recruitment business has allowed me the opportunity to assist people to achieve their dream career goals. This has ultimately led me to work towards my Diploma of Human Resources Management.

Kirstie holds a Commerce degree with a Brand and Marketing major from UCD in Ireland, and outside of work, she’s a passionate foodie and pianist. She’s eager to bring her expertise in brand strategy and communications to drive success at Express.

Bianca is our Marketing Coordinator at Express ANZ. She joined the FAST office in July 2024 after relocating to Sydney from Auckland, New Zealand. Bianca comes from a background working as a Digital Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator in the creative industries. She also holds a Bachelor of Music, which uniquely informs her creative approach to all things marketing.

Matessa Joyce Durban is an accounting professional with over 7 years of experience in accounting and finance. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Accounting. She worked with businesses in manufacturing and real estate. Now she’s working as an accounting assistant in both Frontline Recruitment and Express Employment Professionals. Throughout her career, she has experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. She learns a lot in her role and is always continuing to improve. She’s happy to be part of this amazing and wonderful team which values work life balance and gives importance to their employees. She lives and resides in Cebu, Philippines. Outside of office and during her free time, she loves to watch Korean and Chinese dramas and because of it, she came to know their language. She also loves to dance.
